Actually this recipe has been a lot of blogger friends who share but it's worthless to share, too, the real recipe for cooking chilli fat from Negeri Sembilan is besides cooking fat from the fish does not need to be placed as a slice, just put salt and lemongrass only.
This knowledge I get from friends in the cooking group, while chicken and fish must be shrunk first with cooked ingredients before it is added to the coconut milk. Fortunately, I joined the group because of the many recipes and new knowledge I can get.
How to prepare is not very difficult, just as mentioned above, the use of fresh ingredients is very important. There is a recipe for chilli fat cooking that does not directly use the onion in the broth, but this version of my friend uses garlic in this recipe. If you do not like long beans, you can also replace pineapple or starch. You can try and hope to be satisfied with the results.
