Ingredients (Recipes 1):

  • 1 fish / snapper / grouper fish or anything - cleaned
  • 1 teaspoon of young ginger, thinly sliced ​​- (where do you want to go)
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5-6 beans, cut - Optional
  • Shredded soup leaves
  • Leaf garlic cut

Sauce ingredients mixed together

  • 2-3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce or regular soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce - can be replaced with salt
  • 1 tablespoon of corn flour
  • 1 cup of water (or more if necessary)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Stir frying material

  • A little bit of ginger is soaked
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 red onion
  • Little oil

Ingredients (recipe 2):

  • 1 fish Siakap - kelar
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 slice of lemon - sliced ​​garlic

Ingredients for Soup:
1/2 small onion
3 cloves garlic - sliced
2-3 pcs of chilli rice - sliced
3 pieces of lime leaves
1 lime juice - take the juice
1-2 lemongrass - oblique cut
1 inch ginger - sliced
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp
Salt
Sugar


Preparation method
Fish mix with salt and place in a plate or steam tray. Spread the young ginger, garlic and onion over the fish and place a bit inside the fish's belly.

Chilli beans, soup leaves and onions.

Preheat the steam until boiling.

Enter the fish. Pour the stirred ingredients into a stir.

Steam until cooked. Occasionally open the lid, and stir the sauce on the side of the fish so that it is flat. If the fish's eyes are white and the soft marks of the steamed fish are ready to cook.

Heat some oil, stir fry until golden brown. Continue to pour on the fish in the steamer. Put a little oil on it. Not too much.

Ready to serve.

How to:
Put a little of onion, ginger and lemonade to stuffed into the fish's belly and steam for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked. Pour the ingredients into fish and steam for a few minutes. Raise and sprinkle coriander leaves and garnish with thin lemon slices.
