Malaysia Food Recipe: Chicken Rice Recipes

Most people usually enter chicken fat especially those who sell chicken rice. For me, this is the key to the chicken rice flavor that is produced because chicken fat gives a fragrant aroma. Try adding chicken fats when cooking rice after this. Not much, I just use an estimated 2 tablespoons of chicken fat for 3 cups of rice.

Let's try cooking simple and delicious chicken rice. The recipe is below:

Note: Chickens do not cut, leave one. Once fried or baked then cut to make the chicken cook pretty. But if it's hard to fry, it can be cut 2 or cut 4 only.

I cut 2 reasons to save oil while frying. I prefer fried from baked goods. So I do not hang it, make it on top of the network so that it is completely dry.
For Chicken Rice Ingredients
Ingredients:


  • 2 tbsp butter - useless
  • Chickens fat - heat and pick chicken oil - I added
  • 5 cloves garlic - mashed
  • 3 cloves garlic - mashed
  • 2 inches ginger - mashed
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 1 leaf bay (bay leave)
  • 1/4 cup full cream milk
  • 1/2 - 1 cube of chicken powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Fertilizer spice - 3 pomegranate, 4 pistachio, 2 cinnamon

Wash fragrant rice, add in and put into rice cooker.

In the pan add butter (I use chicken oil), saute garlic, onion and pounded ginger, parsley, cardamom, cinnamon, pandanus leaves and salam leaves.

For Soup / Chicken / Pork Soup and Chili Lime
Ingredients:


  • 1 chicken - cut four
  • 1 sup brew
  • 1 large onion pumpkin - cut into four
  • 3 cloves garlic - on tap
  • 1 inch ginger - on tap

Cooking method:

1. Boil all ingredients to boil. Remove chicken and drain. Use the half-boiled water to cook rice and remove the remaining half for SUP by adding chicken cubes and soup leaves, onions and fried onions as an ornament.

2. CHICKEN: Pepper with 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey. Fry until crunchy and cut into serving.

 3. CUBE CAKE: Blend 5 red chillies, 1 clove garlic, salt and sugar to taste, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar and 2 tbsp chilli sauce.

4. KUAP KICAP: Mix 1 cup of boiled water with 5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of salt soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil.



For Chicken Rice Ingredients
Ingredients:


  • 3 cups rice - wash and drain
  • 4 1/2 cups chicken boiled water
  • 3 red onion - sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves - in sliced
  • 1 inch ginger - in sliced
  • 1 pandan leaf - in conjunction
  • Fat and chicken skin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Cooking method:

1. Heat a little butter in the rice cooker, fry in thinly sliced ​​ingredients until fragrant, add in chicken fat, stir well until it breaks in oil.

2. Add rice and mix again.

3. Then add chicken stew, pandan leaves, salt and some yellow droplets (if desired) and cook like regular rice.
